The Legacy Sebring Tour is specially made for the recumbent and some folding bikes. Fits the 451 type rim, this speedy little tire will get you where you're  going with ease and peace of mind. Available now in the 21mm bead width and will fit rims with a bead width of 19 to 21mm wide.  This is the standard material version.
 
Every tire comes with an Installation Paddle.
