Step1 Measure the
diameter and the width of the present tire that you have now and use
this a guide to determine which Air Free tire you need. Measure the
hub as per the instructions on our sizing page and enter those
dimensions into our calculator. Any tires that will fit your hub
will be displayed and then you can use the tire diameter and tire
width measurements to get the tire you need.
Step 2 Disassemble your hub, remove the old tire and check to make sure that
the hub is not cracked or damaged and that the bearings are in good
order.
Step 3 Slide the two
longer bolts through the hub and tighten as the hub will need to
compress the tire for the shorter bolts that came with the hub to
fasten properly.
Step 4 Tighten the two
long bolts until the two halves of the hub have come together.
Insert two of your original bolts and tighten then remove the longer
bolts and then insert the two remaining original bolts and firmly
tighten. Reinstall your hub as per you vehicle manufacturers
instruction. |
