If you submitted a Help Desk Ticket either by email or using one of
our forms, then you will get an email confirmation. If you
don't have an email confirmation with in 48 hours then most likely
our reply did not make it back to you. This is usually because of
spam filters somewhere along the line from us to you.
If you used our Help Desk or form on the website to submit a Help
Desk Ticket:
Log into the Help Desk and use your username and password to review our reply or to make an update.
If you sent an email to us to start a Help Ticket:
You can go to
www.airfreetires.com/helpdesk and use the retrieve password
function to get the password and username our software created for you when
you emailed us
If you started a Help Desk Ticket by Phone or Voice Message:
If you left us an email address, you will get a confirmation via
email when we convert the voice message into a help ticket. If you
do not get a confirmation within 48 hours, we may still have answered
you but the email address may be no good or the spam filters may
have gotten it. In either case, you can log into
www.airfreetires.com/helpdesk and use the retrieve password
function as above.
If you did not leave us an email address, then some one will try to
call you back. Air Free associates are trained to try and resolve
every ticket if they can on the first try. Please help, by being
describing as much as you can. Our policy if we don't get a hold of
you is to leave as detailed a message as possible and mark the
ticket as "resolved". This puts the ball back in your court if
further contact is needed from your end.
