Enter the UPS or FedEx tracking # in
order comments

We accept
responsibility for our mistakes, but if the mistake wasn't ours,
then we respectfully request that the customer pay for return
shipping. Sizing issues are the #1 reason for a return, please
double check fit before ordering again.
We reserve the right under certain
circumstances to elect to wait until
returned items are in our facility before
sending out replacement items. For fastest
service, please enter any tracking number of
returned items in the order comments section
when making a replacement order.
If we refund via your credit card, a
confirmation of it will be emailed to your
email address associated with the order.
