We accept
responsibility for our mistakes, but if the mistake wasn't ours,
then we respectfully request that the customer pay for return
shipping. Sizing issues are the #1 reason for a return, please
double check fit before ordering again.
We reserve the right under certain
circumstances to elect to wait until returned items are in our
facility before sending out replacement items.
When asking for returns, we may need to contact you for payment
for the shipping as we don't keep credit card numbers. Please
include a phone number with the returned items where we can
reach you when asking for exchanges.
If we refund via your credit card, a
confirmation of it will be emailed to your
email address associated with the order.
Paypal is processed through Paypal.
