Our policy is to provide you with the most economical means of shipping our tires to you. This is why we use a weight based method of calculating the shipping cost of your order. 

Important Legacy Series Bicycle Tire Information Below

Our packages are larger than most people realize and we have found that FedEx offers the least expensive way to get the product to you but we can also ship via the US Mail with prior arrangements.

Shipping Details
Two bike tires and an installation tool with box typically weigh about 9 lbs and the weight is listed with each product.

US Mail to Canada, AK or HI or UPS needs to arranged in advance.

For Example: Fed Ex 48 States
If you buy less than 9 lbs of tires (most orders, 4 bike tires or less) then the shopping cart would charge $12.95.

If you order more than 9 lbs of tires (5 bicycle tires or more) then the shopping cart would charge $18.80.

If you order more than 22 lbs, then the shopping cart will charge $24.50 plus $1.00 per pound over 22 lbs.
(example: 25 lbs = $27.50)

International Customers
Customers who live outside the US and Canada can have packages economically delivered to them anywhere in the world in 4-7 days for a starting at $65.00. (Two tires and install tool)

Our return policy for overseas orders is a little different than our standard return policy. Please inquire.


When will you receive your order? (10/17/07)
Due to order levels, demand & stock situations, we ask that you allow up to 4 - 8 business days for your order to leave the factory or warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your location  from three business days to eight business days after your product has been shipped. Wheelbarrow, landscape, wheelchair tires ship usually with in two days, weekends excluded.

Legacy Series bicycle tires are in high demand right now and some custom orders can take up to six weeks. This is because the tires are made in rotation and when we stock out, we have to wait until that model of tire is to be made again before we can restock. (Explanation below) We are working on a solution to correct this but for the time being, any Legacy Series bicycle tire (stock or custom) can take one to six weeks.

Orders taken after October 17 2007 for Legacy Series Bicycle Tires will be done as follows:

	Credit cards are charged at the time of sale.
	Every effort will be made to provide tracking but there will be times that this is not possible.
	If your order takes more than six weeks, you can elect to have the order canceled and be refunded or you can ask for a refund of the shipping costs and keep the order with us.
	Previous customers who have purchased from us can ask to have the shipping refunded on any order that takes longer than four weeks from the order date before October 17 2007.
	Your purchase constitutes an acknowledgement of the above.

Custom Orders
The manufacturer makes different sized tires on different days of the week. When the manufacturer makes your custom tires, they have to wait for the day your size is to made in bulk. When that day comes, they will mix up a special batch of material just for your tires and make them. The tires have to wait a day in a holding area to cure before being boxed up and sent to you. Sometimes you can special order a tire and have it in six days and other times it takes upwards of four-six weeks. It just depends on when your size is to be made. We have made this service available since 1999 and no other company can offer this. When you order custom tires, you are getting product that is made specific to you and will make your riding experience even more enjoyable. 

Anytime we have word from the manufacturer your tires are delayed, we will notify you. 

Stock Orders
We make every effort to ensure that items are in stock that we make available on our website. Should an order you place contain a back ordered item(s), we will hold the order and contact you. Once in a while, an item may become out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control.
