The Air Free Shopping cart works like any other cart on the internet. Should you encounter any difficulties or if at any time you are uncomfortable with using an internet shopping cart, please feel free to contact us. The steps for utilizing the cart are as follows;

Navigate your way around the Air Free website and find the tires you want but please don't forget to visit the "Sizing" section to ensure the tires you choose will indeed be appropriate for your bike. Once you find the tire you would like to have you should be on an individual tire page. Only the individual tire pages will have an option to purchase.

Once you select the "Buy Now" button underneath the tire you want, a page will display your choice. At this point you can enter the desired quantity and will need to check the little box next to the item otherwise you will have tricked the shopping cart into thinking you didn't want anything

If you need to back out and select another item, just hit the back button and go get some more tires. If you are satisfied that the tire you selected is the one you want and you have checked the little box, then click the "Order Selected Products" button.

The next page will display your choice and show any sale price if applicable. Again you still have the option to get more stuff. Once satisfied that you have what you want, please select the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

The next screen will have fields for you to enter your name, address, bill to address and ship to address. You can also select from any shipping options if available. This screen also gives you the opportunity to log in and review past orders or purchase again but only if you are previous customer and have used the shopping cart before. If you have any comments or special shipping instruction you can include them here as well. Please select the "Continue" button to go to the next page.

Once you are satisfied that you have entered the correct customer information and have clicked the "Continue" button, the next screen you encounter will show what you have chosen, any sale prices and the cart will have calculated the shipping charges. The total price will be displayed at this point and if you are satisfied then please select the "Order Now" button. If you left any required fields blank the cart will prompt you for the that information.

The page that follows will be the secure area of the shopping cart. This encrypted page is protected by two levels of security. One is provided to us by our hosting company and the other is provided by Equifax for which we pay dearly and you can access the details of our security by clicking here. Your browser may even display a message confirming this and on the lower right hand side of your screen you should see a little lock. Please enter your credit card or payment information. 

If you select payment other than a credit card your order may not ship until we receive a check or have contacted you. We do accept purchase orders, checks and money orders as we try to make it real easy for people to get tires from us.

Once your payment information has been entered the shopping cart will check it for the correct algorithms and if it is a valid card the last step of the check out procedure occurs. Your credit card is not charged at this point, only validated. We will manually run the card through usually the day your tires ship. The "Card Verification Number" box does not need to be filled out for the order to process. Once everything is in order and you are ready, please select the "Continue" button. 

At this point your order, shipping details and payment information is written to the database and the last page will display the complete order with your customer and shipping details minus any credit card details. You are still on a secure page. This page can be printed for your records. In a very short time, you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase and the shopping cart sends us an email letting us know that you have placed an order.

We then take the order notice and immediately send it to our fulfillment house and log on to the secure portion of the website and physically retrieve the order. Once we have entered your order into the company database we will delete your credit card information off of the secure server and your purchase history will remain for your convenience but we will never use your information for any other purpose than to process your order or possibly contact you about the order. Details of our privacy policy can be seen here. Sometime in the next 12 -24 hours you should receive an additional email from us confirming again that your order has been processed. This email will contain an attachment that is not a virus but only a colorful html page with your order, the amount to be charged and the estimated time it will take to get your product to you and the person who processed your order.

The email confirmation of the order will also contain important links to information concerning the warranty and return policy and will also the point out the size requirements of the rims you will need to have for our tires to fit if somehow you overlooked that. Please save this email as it has a link to our "Evaluation" page which we ask all customers to utilize after a period of time with their new tires.

There are some other goodies on the shopping cart like the ability to save a cart, review orders, change address details or join our mailing list. If you have not used the cart before you will need to click the tiny little link that says "Start as a new user". You will be asked some information like your name and choose a password or use your email address. But these are optional and we mentioned them in case you were curious.
