All Air Free Legacy tires will be warranted to be free from defects and the quality of the tire must make you happy. The Legacy tires will also be warranted to give you a lifetime of trouble free riding. 

This means that as long as you own your bicycle, the Air Free Legacy tire that you have chosen, will not dry rot, crack or otherwise fall apart. Of course if you ride your bicycle a lot the tread will become worn. However, your purchase will be fully warranted by Air Free for as long as you own your bike. As with other products, a warranty registration needs to filled out and we have made it very easy to do. To see the warranty registration please click here. 

If you feel that your tire has failed you in some way whether it be an accelerated wear rate or the outside appearance of the tire is exhibiting some flaws,  you may return the tires and receive replacement tires under these following conditions.

1. A warranty registration must have been filled out
2. You call or email us that you wish to take advantage of our replacement policy
3. You pay for the shipping of the new tires to you

The Air Free Legacy collection has a 90 day money back guarantee. This means that if you are not happy with the tires after riding them you may return them for a full refund.

Airless tires cannot be inflated until they fit and there is no such thing as a standard rim. Please take your time when choosing tires and utilize our sizing section. 

Should you need to return a tire
All returns must have an authorization code before a tire(s) can be considered for replacement. Please contact the Air Free Tires, Inc., at 386 478-1861 during normal business hours eastern time or you may request a return authorization by using this Help Desk form

Should you have purchased our tires and did not purchase or rent the installation tool, then we ask that you not request a refund if you should damage the tires while attempting to install them. Also we can not be held responsible for improper installation of the bicycle tires or if  you damage your wheel frame should you use a tool other than the Air Free installation tool.
