Answer

I weigh 195lbs and ride very hilly centuries like the "death ride" on my road bike with Rolf Vector Comp wheels 700x23. What tire and what psi do you recommend?

Sounds like you need our new tire called the "Training Order". These are lightning fast high pressure tires designed for fine wheels like the Rolfs'. The tire is 23mm wide and fits rims between 13 and 15mm wide like the Rolf and Mavic Open Pro. Made with the High Resilient material the Training Order wont have any problem handling your weight but I would recommend at least 120psi because the wear rate is slowed by the denser material. The tire weighs in at around 350 grams which is exactly what your patch kit weighs. The tire is still under development so if you send us an email with the words "700 Tire Design" in the subject line, we will sure to let you know when the tires are ready for sale.
